Today, 25th November, 12 passengers boarded the African Queen from 5:00pm. The long awaited day has arrived, we are leaving for a weeks holiday in Venice today …….. Monday the 15th November. Peter contacted me early this year to arrange a weekend aboard the African Queen for him & his family, it was his wife Wendy’s 80th birthday on the 11th November. Some of the family lived up north & some down south & Roo, their son lives in London, so I don’t think they saw much Read the Rest..
